PURPOSE:To easily construct a decorative staircase by integrally forming, in a separate process, a footboard decorative board and face decorative board, respectively covering the footboard and a riser, and by fixing these decorative boards to a staircase with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A footboard decorative board 2, covering a footboard Sa, and a face decorative board 3, covering a riser Sb, are integrally formed in a separate process. At the integration, the work is executed so efficiently that a pair of the decorative boards 2 and 3 are placed face to and integrally formed into a square-tube-like shape, and are separated afterward into two pieces. A non-slip nosing N is formed along the ridgeline Sc. A staircase decorative material 1 manufactured following the above-mentioned procedures can be fixed to a plain staircase with an adhesive. Thereby, decorative work for the staircase S can be easily executed without the need for skilled labor. |
