The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for the pneumatic flow-conveyance and metering of dust-like bulk materials into technological reaction spaces and other assemblies. The aim of the invention is to convey dust-like bulk materials of low flowability into technological reaction spaces and other assemblies continuously, with minimum energy, with low wear and with great care. The object of the invention is to eliminate the curtain formation in fluidised beds and the low fluctuating density of gas/solid flows in the case of dust-like bulk materials of low flowability. According to the invention, the slatted grid is suspended movably parallel to a fluidised bed between the fluidised bed and the feed pipes, is set in motion by means of a push magnet and is forced back into the initial position again by a restoring spring. The space having the push magnet is flushed with gas and kept free of dust. |
