PURPOSE:To enable the more detailed squirt control by determining the prescribed time after the switching from the N to be D range, and carrying out the concerned squirt control when the prescribed term is satisfied within the prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When the N-D (including N-2, N-L, N-R) shift is detected by a detecting means, the prescribed time after the switching is determined by a timer means, and on the basis of it, a control device carries out the concerned squirt control not only under the instant condition when the N-D shift is performed but also under the condition when the prescribed term is realized within the prescribed time. For example, when 3 terms of that the speed detected by a speed detecting means is less than the prescribed value, that the engine load detected by a load detecting means is more than the prescribed value, and that the shift range is not the N range are realized, the control device give a high speed via command to a friction engagement device so as to carry out the squirt control. More detailed squirt control can be thus carried out. |
