<p>A plastic bag (10) for the collection of dirt, particularly dogs' excrement, off the ground, comprising a flat, envelope-like portion (12) made of a yieldable sheet material with an open rim defining opposite, substantially straight lips extending one next to the other. Each lip is provided with a strip (14) of a semi-rigid, bendable material. The respective ends of the strips (14) are connected to each other to form a pair of hinges (16), such that the strips (14) are flexed one away from the other by a pushing force applied thereagainst, and closed one against the other by a pulling force applied to the hinges (16).</p> |
