PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment by providing a link arm on the frame of the apparatus and disposing 1st and 2nd hydraulic cylinders and operating to switch a preparatory bending punch to the main bending punch through the link arm. CONSTITUTION:The link arm 10 is provided on the frame 5 of the apparatus, on its one end 10a, a piston 12 of the 2nd hydraulic cylinder 11 is connected. On the other end 10b of the arm 10, a supporting member and main bending punch 3 are fixed through a connecting member. When works W such as a bonnet or the like are carried in the apparatus, the piston 12 of the cylinder 11 makes the preparatory bending punch 2 to advance and to perform the preliminary bending. Then, the piston 12 is driven out and the main bending punch 3 is advanced through the link arm 10 to perform the main bending. Because the constitution of the apparatus is simplified and cam mechanism is eliminated, the cost of equipment of whole apparatus is reduced. |
