LOAD CONVERTER EQUIPPED WITH PEDESTAL

PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of the measuring error caused by the bending moment due to deformation in detection output by suppressing the deformation of a load support part by integrally fixing one of the plate-shape rigid parts of a pedestal and bonding a strain gauge to a strain generating part. CONSTITUTION:A pedestal part 21 receiving the reaction force against applied load from a body to be measured is strongly welded to the lower end surface of a load support part 11 in a contact state and plate-shape rigid parts 24, 25 parallel to each other are formed to the pedestal part 21 so as to hold the constricted part 23 of said pedestal part 21 and the lower end of the support part 11 is fixed to the rigid part 24. When the load from the body to be measured is applied to a load receiving seat 16, said load is transmitted to a strain generating part 14 through an introducing part 10. The reaction force against the load received by the pedestal part 21 from the other surface of the body to be measured is transmitted to the strain generating part 14 through the pedestal part 21 and the support part 11. The shearing stress generated in the strain generating part 14 is converted to quantity of electricity by the strain gauge SG bonded to the strain generating part 14.
