Comoposite made of calcium carbonate, regenerated tire rubber or thermoplastic resin is mixed with rock wool and extruded or calender- rolled and then vulcanized to form sound-proof fabric (I), which is then embossed by rolls to form independent convexes, where glass fiber, synthetic fiber and phenolic resin are mixed, heated to 180 C and fleeced to give non-woven fabric which is filled into the concave parts of molded fabric (I) and then softened by heat and fused with a metal sheet.
