PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor with an optional shape by feeding inorganic powder on a thermoplastic film or between two films, thermally pressing them, molding it into a preset shape, then sintering and gradually cooling it. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting inorganic material is calcined in the oxidizing atmosphere then crushed into powder. The inorganic powder 2 is scattered and stuck on a thermoplastic plastic film 1 or pinched between two thermoplastic films 1, they are thermally pressed to obtain a sheet-shaped superconducting preliminary molded body. This molded body is molded into a preset shape then fed to a heating furnace and sintered in the oxidizing atmosphere then gradually cooled. |
