PURPOSE:To attain accurate music selection, by setting an address and registering an intermusic while searching the intermusic with an output of an address sensor and an intermusic sensor porivided for a pickup arm, and lowering the arm to the intermusic at a designated address at the music selection. CONSTITUTION:In starting the pickup arm 5 at a rest position with an operation button of a CPU (not shown) after designating a music, the arm is turned with a mechanism driving system 7 to a position C, and the DD (electromagnetic) drive is performed from a position D to a position B. In the DD drive, a photocoupler at the tip of the arm 5 starts operation, and every time the intermusic is detected, a position sensor interlocked with the arm 5 provides an address, the address is stored in the CPU, and the arm 5 is turned until the size of a disc is detected. Then, the arm 5 is DD-driven toward D, the intermusic information is neglected until the vicinity of the designated address is detected, the arm 5 is lowered the center of the intermusic, based on the information from the intermusic sensor from the detecting point and the playing is started. Thus, the intermusic is detected surely. |
