A surface-active, storage-stable compsn. comprises (a) a first surface-active agent consisting of one or more copolymer of unsatd. carboxylic acid or its deriv, alpha-olefin cpd., and vinyl cpd., and (b) a second surface-active agent consisting of one or more mixed sulphite of formula (I) and/or phosphate ester of formula (II). In the formulas, R is ethylene ; R1 is (III) ; m is 2-3 ; R3 is (IV) ; R4 is H ; R2 is M1 or R1(O-CH2-CH2)n ; M is Na, K, ammonium or mono-, di- or tri-ethanol amine ; n is 3-40. The compsn. is useful for making wettable powders and granules.
