PURPOSE:To enable reliable peel of a belftorm material and pull off thereof even when a sizing position is situated in the vicinity of the beltform material by a method wherein a peel piece is situated on the downstream side of a reel holding part so that the tip of the peel piece makes contact with and separates from a beltform reel. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a peel piece 1 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral end of a beltform reel R2 charged in a reel holding part. By rotating the reel R2 in a delivery direction, the tip of a beltform material r2 is levitated from the outer peripheral end of the reel R2 by means of the peel piece 1. After the a tip P in a levitated state of the beltform material is held between the nip formed by an adsorbing surface 2a2 and a press claw 2a4, by separating a sheet tip grasping arm 2 from the reel R2, the beltform material r2 is pulled out onto a conveyance passage. In the following, the beltform material is delivered by a roller 2b1 in association with a feed roller 3, and is fed to the connection station of a delivery passage to bring it into a waiting state. As a result, even when a sizing position is situated in the vicinity of the tip of the beltform material, the beltform material can be reliably peeled off and pulled out. |
