CONSTITUTION:When a user finish inputting the information of a document item to a document edit preparing means 1, the inputted information is stored to a document item storing means 3 once. Next, the stored information of the document item is transferred to a ruled line generating means 2, and a result is transferred to the means 1 together with the information of the document item again. When the user sees a prepared document format, the document format is different from his intention and the necessity of modifying is generated, the size, the ruled line, etc., of the arrangement and the item column of the document item are edited by the means 1 directly and are stored to a document format storing means 7. At the same time, document item using history on the document item used in the item format is updated and stored to a document item using history storing means 5. |
