<p>PURPOSE:To monolithic-mold a synthetic resin having additional constitution by inserting vessels composed of a barrier-property blank to a male die, covering the male die with a female die positioned at a regular interval from the outer circumferential surface of the vessels and having required additional constitution and press-fitting and injection-molding a molten resin material. CONSTITUTION:A cup 1 is inserted previously to the protruding die section 2a of a mile die 2. The male die 2 is covered with a female die 3 having a recessed die section 3a positioned at a slight interval from the outer circumferential surface of the protruding die section 2a and having a die section having necessary additional constitution, and a required molten resin material 4 such as polypropylene, polyethylene, styrol, etc., is press-fitted and injection-molded into the clearance. The synthetic resin material 4 is thermally welded to the outer circumference side of the cup 1 composed of a barrier-property resin material 1a in a vessel as a molded form extracted after cooling and the vessel is formed in two layers, and needed additional constitution is shaped integrally to the synthetic resin material 4 on the outside surface side.</p> |
