PURPOSE: To modify frictional properties of an elastomer by using a specific grafted polyolefin as an adhesive layer and a polyamide as a low frictional layer in a laminate having an uncured or semicured rubber base material, an adhesive layer and a low frictional layer. CONSTITUTION: In order to simultaneously vulcanize a rubber substrate with a laminating layer, the substrate is used in an uncured or semicured state. Thus, a EPDM is particularly preferable. An adhesive layer adopts a polyolefin grafted by an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof. And, a 4-10C unsaturated carboxylic acid and its derivatives or particularly its acid anhydride is particularly a preferable graft monomer. As the low frictional layer, a polyamide having good scratch resistance and high melting temperature is used to support a simultaneous vulcanization with the rubber, and a nylon obtained from adipic acid and hexamethylenediamine is preferable. The laminate is obtained, for example, by simultaneous extruding on the moving substrate of the adhesive layer and the frictional layer, and then simultaneously vulcanized. A total thickness of the laminated layers is 75μm or less or particularly 35 to 60μm is preferable.
