<p>An extruded aluminium section system, especially for making window frames, consists of a series of L-, Z- and T-section elements (2,3,4) with the Z-section elements (3) made with a continuous front cavity which can be coupled to the other elements. A completely co-planar positioning of the inner and outer faces is ensured by having the elements made with strictly-controlled dimensions. The system can be based on extruded sections in existing dimensions, with only the Z- and T-section elements slightly modified. ADVANTAGE - Greater standardisation of components.</p> |
