PURPOSE:To obtain a beautifying cosmetic having inhibitory effects on formation of melanin dyestuff, rapidly making dark skin light free from skin irritation by blending an extract prepared from seed of sasanqua with vitamin E or an ester compound thereof. CONSTITUTION:An extract prepared from seed of sasanqua by a well-known method is blended with at least one of vitamin E and an ester compound (e.g., vitamin E acetate) and further, dyestuff, perfume, surfactant, pigment, etc., properly to give the aimed substance. The amount of the extracted blended is 0.005-2.0wt.% based on total weight of the beautifying cosmetic and that of vitamin E or the ester compound is 0.005-2.0wt.%. The substance is applicable to lotion, milky lotion, cream, pack, etc. |
