PURPOSE: To produce the microcapsule by forming an emulsion from an aq. soln. containing a dissolved gelatin, CMC and other anionic colloid, then forming a coacervate by acidifying a pH of the emulsion. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion of a hydrophobic oil is formed by adjusting the pH of an aqueous phase containing the dissolved gelatin, CMC and the second anionic colloid. After sticking the liquid coacervate around an emulsion droplet by adjusting the emulsion acidic, the microcapsule having a solid wall containing more than one droplet of the hydrophobic oil is formed by cooling. Then the material having a weight ratio of gelatin: CMC in a range of (1:0.14)-(1:0.05) is prepared by using the CMC having 50-140 mPas viscosity, and the solid wall of the microcapsule is crosslinked by using this material to make the microcapsule durable. |
