A novelty from the confectionery sector, in this case: coffee cream chocolates/coffee bars, coffee blocks and the like. The ingredients for the coffee are known: skimmed milk, whole milk, cream and/or creamer of vegetable origin and in addition sugar/sweetener. Depending on the desired taste, greater or lesser proportions are selected for coffee for the base mass. With respect to coffee, the caffeine content is balanced by producing coffee from caffeine-containing varieties down to caffeine-free products. Other ingredients are possible as desired to round off the flavour or to achieve a particular component as a "highlight".
