PURPOSE: To make pretreatment of a steel plate unnecessary and make working easy by bonding a multilayer system comprising an enameled metal base plate, the inside layer of insulating glass covered on the metal base plate, a metal conductor wire, and an outside layer of surface glass to an enameled metal base plate through an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION: In a high temperature heating system consisting of an enameled metal base plate, preferably steel plate on which a multilayer system comprising an insulating glass inside layer, a metal conductor layer, and an outside layer of surface glass is placed, the multilayer system is bonded to an enameled metal base plate through an intermediate layer. The intermediate layer consists of a mixture of zirconium phosphate glass and boron-titanium hit, the insulating glass layer consists of calcium-aluminum boron silicate containing no alkali, the outside surface glass layer consists of a mixture of boron-titanium frit and zirconium phosphate. The pretreatment of a steel plate is made unnecessary, and the insulating glass layer on which a conductor is placed can maintain the volume resistance. |
