PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out sterilization of a culture solution without any influence of a material or diameter size of a pipe in a culture solution circuit without changing components in the culture solution by providing a far infrared ray irradiator in the course of the culture solution circuit. CONSTITUTION:A nursery box 1 is connected through a feed pipe (2a) and a drain pipe (2b) to a culture solution tank 3 and a roller pump 4 to form a culture solution circuit 5. A filter 6 is mounted in the course of the drain pipe (2b) and a far infrared ray irradiator 7 is provided at a pipe in the course of the culture solution circuit 5. The material of the pipe is other than a metal or the outer surface is an oxidized metal. Thereby, the culture solution can be irradiated with far infrared rays even from the outside of the pipe.
