PURPOSE:To eliminate a latch-up preventing circuit for signal transmission and reception between first and second digital circuits by setting the output voltage of a first DC stabilized power source as a reference voltage and providing a second DC stabilized power source which outputs the same voltage as this reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of a DC stabilized power source 3 is inputted to a reference voltage input terminal 7 of a DC stabilized power source 4 to reduce the voltage of a power source 1; and when the output voltage of the DC stabilized power source 3 is reduced, the output voltage of the DC stabilized power source 4 is equalized to the output voltage of the DC stabilized power source 3 synchronously with the output voltage of the DC stabilized power source 4. When the voltage of a power source 2 is reduced and the output voltage of the DC stabilized power source 4 is reduced, the output voltage of the DC stabilized power source 3 is higher than that of the DC stabilized power source 4. Thus, the latch-up preventing circuit is unnecessary between the input port of a digital circuit 5 and the output port of a digital circuit 6. |
