PURPOSE: To prevent any adverse influence on the waveform of the output signal of a regenerative amplifier stage due to the undesired harmonic of the second output signal of a phase lock loop(PLL) by synchronizing the output signal of the regenerative amplifier stage with the second output signal. CONSTITUTION: Regenerative amplifier stages Q49 and Q50 equipped with positive feedback are included in a second IC 200. During a normal stable operation, a second output signal having 32×FH frequencies generated by a PLL 20 in a first IC 100 is capacitively supplied to a tank circuit. The tank circuit is connected to the input terminals of the regenerative amplifier stages Q49 and Q50 in the second IC 200, and the synchronization of the output signals of the regenerative amplifier stages Q40 and Q50 with the second output signal generated in the first IC 100 is maintained. Then, the output signals of the regenerative amplifier stages Q49 and Q50 are supplied to a phase control loop 70. Then, the waveforms of the output signals of the regenerative amplifier stages Q49 and Q50 are decided by the element XTL of the tank circuit. Thus, the waveforms of the output signals of the regenerative amplifier stages is prevented from being adversely influenced by the undesired higher harmonic of the second output signal. |
