<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a clearance in the sealing boundary section of a resin molded form and a metallic-plate terminal leading-out section, and to ensure stable electrical characteristics in a moisture load test and the test of PCT, etc., by holding the inside of a metallic plate terminal at the corner of the resin molded form of a bottom mold surface when the metallic plate terminal is bent. CONSTITUTION:Metallic plate terminals 3a, 3b are bent along an external shape extending over the base from the side faces of the resin molded form 2 of a bottom mold surface. Size in the direction of the metallic plate leading-out of the resin molded form 1 of an upper mold surface including the metallic plate terminals 3a, 3b sections is made shorter than size in the metallic-plate terminal leading-out direction of the resin molded form 2 of the bottom mold surface containing no metallic plate terminal 3a, 3b section. Accordingly, no clearance is generated in the sealing boundary sections of the resin molded form 1 of the upper molded form and metallic-plate terminal leading-out sections when the metallic plate terminals are bent, thus preventing the intrusion of moisture from the clearances of the metallic-plate terminal leading-out sections and the resin molded form, then ensuring stable electrical characteristics in a moisture load test and the test of PCT, etc.</p> |
