The food substances e.g. meat with bones are treated in an extruder worm wheel mechanism with cutter edges. Soft food substance e.g. meat passes through longitudinal space and sieve arrangement. Hard components, e.g. bones, pass between a conical inner surface and crusher ring. Thus efficient separation of bones and meat is achieved.
