PURPOSE:To high-efficiently adsorb smoke and odor in addition to high boiling point oil mist, to provide a reproduction function, and to eliminate a manhour to dispose contaminant, e.g., oil, by a method wherein a grease filter with a built-in electric heater, an activated coal honeycomb, and a catalyst oxide are mounted in a flue gas duct. CONSTITUTION:An oil storage part 18 to primarily store oil and odor and a purifying part 19 to purity oil are incorporated in a flue gas duct 17, and the purifying part 19 is situated in a bypass passage 20 the downstream side of which fronts on a discharge port 16. The oil storage part 18 is provided with a honeycomb activated coal 21 having activated coal arranged in a honeycomb state and a grease filter 22 with a built-in electric heater located on the upper stream side of the honeycomb activated coal. The purifying part 19 is formed with a honeycomb form catalyst oxide 23, a reheating heater 24 to reheat an air flow introduced to the purifying part 19, and an auxiliary blower 25 situated on the downstream side of the reheating heater. A damper 27 to selectively close either the inlet of a bypass passage or a passage 26 on the flue gas duct is situated in a bypass passage 20, and a blast amount of the auxiliary blower 25 is set to a value considerably lower than that of a blower 15 for discharge. |
