PURPOSE:To enable the welding condition to be confirmed immediately at a working area by taking out directly the recorded welding data by an outer processing device via a delivering part and connecting part. CONSTITUTION:An electric power is supplied to a heater 1 from an electric power supplying part 2 via electric power supplying wires 2a, 2b. The electric current at this time is measured by an electric current sensor 3, and the voltage is measured by a voltage measuring interface 5, furthermore, the environmental temperature of a pipe member 31 and coupling member 32 to be welded is measured by a temperature sensor 6 respectively, and the data measured is supplied into a micro-computer 8. A standard data and the measured data being inputted are compared with each other, and in the case that the measured data exceeds the predetermined range from the reference data, it judges the existence of generating any abnormality in the welding process. The measured data (e.g. welding time, average electric current, supplied electric power, environmental temperature, the cause of abnormality in the case of generating abnormal, and the like) is stored into other memory 9, and it is read out appropriately at the working area through the external processing device via a communicating interface 10. |
