PURPOSE:To manufacture a beautiful bag body without generating wrinkles in a film by welding a male and female fasteners, which is separated before superposing strip-like films, to the strip like films and, moreover, using a rotary seal means. CONSTITUTION:Before upper and lower films 5, 6 are superposed one over another, male and female fasteners 20a, 20b are respectively welded to said films. That is, a male/female fastener 20 in an engaged state fed apart from both films 5, 6 are separated at one end thereof on the way and the female fastener 20b is moved along the upper film 5 while the male fastener 20a is moved along the lower film 6 and, on the way of movement, the female (male) fastener 20b (a) and the upper (lower) films 5 (6) are welded and integrated by each of the first and second seal means 34, 40. At this time, a rotary type heating sealer is used and each strip like film and the strip like part of each of the male and female fasteners are welded between a heating sealer and a receiving roller both of which are in a spot contact state and, therefore, contact resistance is small and there is no possibility generating wrinkles in the strip like films. |
