<p>PURPOSE:To readily mold a glass container of any shape except circle and to make it possible to omit a cutting process in existing molding method, by putting a glass seed attached to the tip of a round rod in a molding part of a molding device having specific structure and reciprocating the molding device fore and aft according to the reciprocating back and forth rotation of the round rod. CONSTITUTION:A molding part S of a molding device A consists of a base 2, a molding frame 3 rotatably set in front of the base 2 and a supporting plate 4 to close the front of the molding frame 3 in a freely opening and closing way. Then a glass seed n attached to the tip (leg m2 at the side of a container m) of the round rod M is put in the molding part S, the round rod M is reciprocated on the base B and the molding device A is reciprocated fore and aft according to the reciprocating rotation of the round rod M.</p> |
