PURPOSE:To sufficiently circulate lubricating oil in the inside of a device by providing a shallow groove supporting by fluid a shaft in a radial direction and a thrust direction and a shallow groove forcedly circulating fluid so as to flow into a sleeve. CONSTITUTION:In a clearance between bottom surfaces of a sleeve 2 and a rotary shaft 1, when it rotates, lubricating oil is allowed to flow into a central part from a peripheral part by a spiral shallow groove 11. A shallow groove 6 of depth about 2 to 20mum, such that the lubricating oil is allowed to flow into the sleeve 2, is provided in peripheral surfaces of the rotary shaft 1. Thus, the lubricating oil is held in a recessed part 5, being prevented from scattering to the outside even when the rotary shaft 1 is in rotation at a high speed. Further, the lubricating oil can be sufficiently circulated. |
