PURPOSE: To attain a resolution higher than a predetermined level in one analytical direction while reducing background noise by making spatial marking possible on a plane to be analyzed according to a specified reference frame and transmitting a light generated by detecting a radiation through scintillation. CONSTITUTION: One group N1 out of groups N1 , N2 of specified reference frame of a high resolution automatic fluoroscope for ionized radiation is split into basic groups N11 , N12 which are constituted, respectively, of optical fibers f11, f12 arranged on an analytical plane or spaced apart by a distance HP in the direction perpendicular thereto. The fibers f11, f12 extend in parallel in the direction d1. The second group N2 comprises the optical fibers f12 extending in the direction d2 and arranged contiguously to the second basic group N12 . First and second groups N1 , N2 are connected through a single detector 100 with a control circuit 200 and a radiation is detected through scintillation. A light generated through detection is transmitted to a computer and observed.
