<p>PURPOSE:To set colors which can be displayed at the same time by windows when a multiwindow display is made by selecting whether drawing on a frame memory is performed by a drawing means or through a color code converting means. CONSTITUTION:The color code conversion part LUT 3 is provided before the frame memory 4, a multiplexer 9 is provided behind the LUT 3, and a color index mode and a full-color mode are switched 9 there. In the color index mode, drawing data from a drawing processor 1 is drawn on the frame memory 4 through the LUT 3. Then the conversion table of the LUT 3 is rewritten to change display colors by the drawing data and when, for example, a multiwindow display is made, conversion tables are set individually by windows. Consequently, the display colors of the windows can be changed.</p> |
