<p>PURPOSE: To control certainly the flow of a compressed air by installing a permanent magnet at one end of a control lever to perform pivot motions, and driving a pilot orifice control means with this permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A pilot orifice 2 and control lever 3 are installed on a housing of a valve body 1, and a permanent magnet 15 is installed on the control lever 3, and a plunger 7 to open and close the pilot orifice 2 is attached to part of the permanent magnet 15. When the control lever 3 is put in pivoting motion, the plunger 7 makes piston motion, to cause the orifice 2 to open and close, and the flow of the compressed air can be controlled certainly.</p> |
