The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), in which R1 and R2, which may be identical or different, represent a hydrogen, an alkyl (C1-5), a -(CH2)n-OH (n = 2 to 5), a possibly substituted aryl or arylalkyl (C7-12), a α in which R3 is an alkyl (C1-5), a possibly substituted alkyl of arylalkyl (C7-12), where R1 and R2 cannot both represent an aryl, or R1 and R2 form with nitrogen a heterocycle which can enclose a second heteroatom such as oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen, the latter possibly being substituted, R4 and R5 being identical or different representing hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy (C1-5), hydroxy, trifluoromethyl or nitro, their process and the preparation intermediaries, their use as medicaments and the pharmaceutical compounds containing them.
