<p>PURPOSE:To perform the positioning of a gradation pattern for the edge of a read-only optical card with high accuracy by introducing a pin system to perform position alignment in an exposure process and a blanking process in the manufacturing process of the card. CONSTITUTION:Exposure is performed by using an exposure unit in which the positioning of a mask 5 and pins 32 to be fitted in punched holes (21-24) are performed so as to keep the position relation of blank punched holes (21-24) and fine patterns. After that, a side on which the metallic layer 3 of a first substrate 1 in which the metallic layer 3 is worked in pattern shape by development and etching, and the light absorbing plane of a second substrate 6 on which the light absorbing material of the second substrate 6 providing with a light absorber with low optical reflectance is provided are stuck via a sticking agent. Next, it is blanked in card shape by using a blanking device in which the pins 32 to be fitted in the punched holes (21-24) and a blanking die are positioned so as to keep the position relation of the punched holes (21-24), the outer shape of the card, and the fine patterns. In such a way, it is possible to easily obtain the card without having the inclination of a data track and with superior blanking accuracy.</p> |
