PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture an accurate synthetic resin spiral tube having a flat inner face by supplying a semimelted stripelike synthetic resin material between a hollow molding continuous roller row and a rotary molding roller row disposed spirally on the outer periphery of each roller corresponding to the rollers. CONSTITUTION:A stripelike synthetic resin material 14 is forcibly sucked by the rotation of molding rollers 5 of a rotary molding roller row, and spirally wound at a predetermined pitch on the outer periphery of a rotary shaft body 1 while being molded in hollow molding stripe of the same shapes as those of the molding recess face 6 of the roller 5 and the protruding face 19 of a core roller 9 by the recess face 6 and the protruding face 19 between the roller 5 and the core 9. A spiral hollow stripe (b) is so spirally wound on the body 1 that the other side edge 14b of the material to be continuously wound is superposed on one side edge 14a of the material on which the bent edges 14a, 14b of the sidewall are wound previously at both sides of the roller 9, pressed by a large-diameter press-contact roller 17 to be integrally fusion-bonded to form the tubular wall (c) of a synthetic resin tube (a). |
