PURPOSE: To dispense with manual passing of a needle through the opening of a jaw part by constituting a bending wire to be rewound from a drum and to pass through the opening of the jaw part when operating a grip. CONSTITUTION: A jaw part 1 is provided at a certain angle to a holding member 3. Inside a slender passage 19, a bending wire 16 is provided so as to be slid. A drum 5 is provided with a circumferential groove and the bending wire 16 is wound around this drum. The jaw part 1 is closed by sliding a control grip 33. The drum 5 is equipped with a grip and by operating this grip, the bending wire 16 is rewound from the drum 5 and passed through the opening of the jaw part 1.
