A device for connecting two perpendicular tubes 1 and 2 comprises a member 3 having a projection 4 adapted to pass through an opening 6 in one of the two tubes and to be deformed there so as to clamp the tubes together. The member 3 is split medially at 5 and is fitted with opposing screws 9 and 9<SP>1</SP>, whereby the slot 5 can be widened so that the enlargement 7 locks beneath the edge of the opening 6 to clamp the tubes together. Alternatively, the slot 7 may be opened by one screw 9 only, the other, 9<SP>1</SP>, serving to locate the member 3 in its tube.</p> |
