发明名称 CASTING MATERIAL FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a casting material having no reactivity to high temperature sodium and being excellent as nuclear power plant use by setting the addition quantity of alumina cement in a castable refractory to specific weight %. CONSTITUTION:A casting material is kneaded sufficiently by adding water of about 5%, and applied by about 30mm thickness to the upper face of concrete being a structural material of a high speed breeder reactor by a conventional method. As for this casting material, crystal water and the moisture quantity after it has been applied and has been dried naturally are small, therefore, even if metallic natrium of a high temperature leaks, the moisture emission quantity is very small. Also, even if sodium oxide, sodium hydroxide, etc. are generated due to combustion of sodium, silica in amorphous silicic acid responds to them, and sodium silicate is generated on the surface of the casting material which has been applied, therefore, it does not occur that they infiltrate into the inside.
