METHOD OF PROCESSING SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain high color forming layers without impairing rapidness by incorporating at least one kind of lipophilic couplers and the dispersion of the lipophilic coupler particles into said layers and incorporating at least one kind of org. preservatives into a color developing soln. CONSTITUTION:At least one layers of the above material are the layers contg. at least one kind of the lipophilic couplers which form substantially non-diffuse dyes by coupling with the oxidant of an arom. primary amine color developing agent and are formulated to have diffusion resistance and the dispersion of the lipophilic coupler particles consisting of at least one kind of high boiling org. solvents which do not intimate with water having >=3.7 and <=6.0 dielectric constant in a silver halide emulsion contg. >=80mol% silver chloride. At least one kind of the org. preservatives are incorporated into the color developing soln. and the amt. of the color developing soln. to be replenished at the time of continuous processing is determined in a 20-150ml range per 1m<2> silver halide color photographic sensitive material. The high color formability is obtd. in this way without impairing the rapidness of the processing.
