CONTROLLING DEVICE FOR METHANE PRODUCING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To perform accurate operating control by eliminating a time element from the 2nd-order time differential time series data of the process signals and calculating the relation of mutual signals and comparing the characteristics with a knowledge base to infer them and deciding an operating controlling method. CONSTITUTION:In a controlling device 1, respective process signals of a methane producing equipment 6 are inputted via an input terminal 7 and stored time sequentially in a data storage part 2 and a time element is eliminated from the 2nd-order time differential time series data of the process signals in an analysis part 3 and the relation of a plurality of mutual process signals is calculated. Then the characteristics between the mutual process signals are compared with the knowledge data of a knowledge base 4 and inferred in an inference part 5 and a necessary operating controlling method is decided and indicated on an indicator 9 via an interface part 8 and also operation of the equipment 6 is controlled via an output terminal 10. By such a way, extremely accurate operating control can be performed.
