摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically detect the kneading state of a composite material from the actual ultrasonic physical values, which are calculated on the basis of the reflected or transmitted waves of the ultrasonic waves on both sides or single side of the composite material allowed to fill a kneading chamber, without relying on experience and perception. CONSTITUTION:The composite material W allowed to fill a kneading chamber 17 is irradiated with ultrasonic waves from ultrasonic vibrators 21A, 21B through propagation bodies 19A, 19B and the reflected or transmitted waves of the ultrasonic waves duo to the propagation to the composite material W are amplified by an ultrasonic oscillator 23 and various actual physical values relating to the ultrasonic waves of the composite material W are calculated from the data in a data base by an operational processor 25. By this method, various physical values relating to the kneading state of the composite material W, for example, a mixing ratio and viscosity are automatically detected. By this method, the kneading state of the composite material can be judged and the feedback control of various setting conditions can be performed and, in its turn, the kneading accuracy of the composite material W can be enhanced.
