PURPOSE:To prepare a recording medium at a high speed in good yield by adhering an image forming material to an image forming material distribution means by electrostatic force and bringing the same into contact with the bonding layer formed on a base material under pressure to bond the same to said base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material 2 is fed in the direction shown an arrow from a base material roll 5 and a bonding material 3 is applied to the base material 2 using a coating container 6 and a blade 7. The base material 2 having the bonding layer 8 laminated thereto is directionally converted by an intermediate roll 9 to be dried by a dryer 10 and fed to a rotary drum 20. Air is used as the gas supplied from a pressure tank 12 and the pressure thereof is controlled, for example, to 0.2kg/cm<2> as gauge pressure by a pressure control valve 13. The voltage of an electrode 18 is set, for example, to 50kV by a generator 17 to charge an image forming material 1. The charged image forming material 1 flowing by the air stream passed through a porous plate 15 is adhered to the surface of a transfer cylinder 19 and brought into contact with the bonding layer 8 on the rotary drum 20 with the rotation of the transfer cylinder 19 to be bonded thereto. |
