PURPOSE:To save the trouble of operation by providing a reply destination inquiry means and a telephone number notice means to a mail device and providing a reply telephone number notice means, a telephone number notice request means and an automatic dial means to a terminal equipment and calling a reply destination automatically when a reply is given to a reproduced and received mail. CONSTITUTION:A reply destination inquiry means 10 of a mail device 1 inquires about a telephone number of the reply destination of a terminal equipment 2 in case of mail registration from the terminal equipment 2, and the terminal equipment 2 uses the reply destination telephone number notice means 20 to inform the reply destination telephone number. Then the table generation means 11 of the mail device 1 generates a table with a telephone number corresponding to the mail written therein. When the terminal equipment 2 commands the reply, a telephone number notice request means 21 requests the notice of the telephone number of the reply destination and the mail device 1 references the said table for notice. Then the terminal equipment 2 receives it and uses an automatic dial means 22 to dial the telephone number automatically. Thus, the terminal equipment 2 is connected to the reply destination terminal equipment by the reply command only. |
