PURPOSE:To prevent scattered matters produced an patterning from causing a short circuit to a first electrode film by a method wherein the calcination of a first and a second belt-like conductive member is previously performed before the patterning of the first electrode film. CONSTITUTION:A first belt-like insulating member 2 is formed in parallel on the surface of a substrate 1 of glass, heat-resistant plastic, or the like. The first belt-like insulating member 2 concerned is calcined at a temperature of 550 deg.C after a SiO2 paste or other inorganic material paste has been printed in pattern on a required part of the belt-like insulating member 2 through a screen printing method. Moreover, a first electrode film 3 formed of transparent conductive oxide(TCO), such as SnO2, In2O3, ITO, or the like, is formed on nearly the whole surface of the substrate 1 including the surface of the first belt-like insulating member 2. Next, a second belt-like insulating member 4 is formed near to the first belt-like insulating member 2 on the first electrode film 3, and a belt-like conductive member 5 is formed in parallel between the second belt-like insulating member 4 and the first belt-like insulating member 2. |
