PURPOSE: To provide an electrostatic master having high resolution by forming a photopolymerizable layer comprising an org. polymer binder, a specified compd. a photoinitiator and a specified aromatic amino compd. on a conductive base body. CONSTITUTION: A photopolymerizable layer consisting of an org. polymer binder, a compd. having at least one ethylenically unsatd. group, photoinitiator, and an aromatic amino compd. is formed on a conductive base body to obtain a photohardening-type electrostatic master having high resolution and improved reversal transfer property and charge decay property. The aromatic amino compd. in the layer is a combination of strong acid and a compd. such as basic dyes, leucodye salt of basic dyes and azo dyes expressed by formula I by 0.33 to 1.0mol of the string acid per 1mol of amino nitrogen of the compd. In the formula I, Y and Z are each H, an alkyl group, a halogen, hydroxy and an alkoxy group, W and X are each independently H or bonded to each other to form a six-member aromatic ring, B is H, an alkyl group, a halogen or an alkoxy group.
