The invention relates to an electrical heating container and its power supply. The container is heated by passing electrical current in a surface resistive network arranged on the bottom of the container. The invention comprises a container O, a female power-supply plug 9 having two poles, connected to the two male terminals of the surface resistive network of the container, a 2-wire lead 10, the wires being connected respectively to one and to the other of the two poles of the plug 9, a casing 11 including a transformer whose primary is connected to the 2-pole plug 13 of the casing 11 and whose secondary is connected to the lead 10.
