PURPOSE:To form a semiconductor device with high stability and high reliability by controlling the operating voltage and the operating current of a circuit in the semiconductor device, according to the change of manufacturing condition and the use condition. CONSTITUTION:The title semiconductor device is provided with a controlling circuit 3 having a signal generating means or a controlled internal power supply voltage means. The former generates a signal changing in accordance with the change of the manufacturing condition and the use condition. The circuit 3 generates a controlling signal or a controlled internal voltage according to the change of the manufacturing condition or the use condition, and controls the operation of a circuit 2, via a control line 5. Thereby, characteristics of the circuit 2 are kept in a constant relation according to the manufacturing condition and the use condition, so that a semiconductor device with high stability and high reliability can be formed. |
