PURPOSE:To enable accurate movement and to improve recovering efficiency of waste cans by working a can stopper under condition, which the charged can is made of metal having the prescribed shape and size thereof and a charging door is closed, and introducing the can into a can passage. CONSTITUTION:By opening the charging door 14, the waste can 10 is charged to the charging hole 12 and then, by closing the charging door 14, the can 10 abuts on a stopper 18 to prevent dropping of the can 10 to the can passage 16. A can material distingushing means 24 distingushes material of the can 10 and the shape and size of the can 10 is distingushed with a can distingushing means 26. In the case the can 10 is made of the metal and has the prescribed shape and size and the charging door 14 is closed, the can stopper 18 opens the can passage 16 and the can 10 is sent to a press device and pressed and recovered into a recovering box 50. In the case the can 10 is not made of the metal or does not have the prescribed shape or size, the can stopper 18 does not open the can passage 16 and removal or position correction of the can 10 is indicated to a display pannel 29. By this method, always the accurate movement can be executed and the recovering ratio of the waste can is improved. |
