PURPOSE:To make an observation of a state directly by a waveform measuring instrument by providing a D/A converter to a digital servo system which controls such a state amount as a rotating position, speed, current, etc., of a motor by a micro-computer. CONSTITUTION:An output pulse of an encoder 3 connected to a motor 1 is measured to input to a position detecting section 5, and a position of the motor 1 is detected to input to a micro-computer 10. The micro-computer 10 inputs a rotating position command of the motor 1 to a PWM controller 8 by a signal in every unit hour from an interpolating distributor 7, and an inverter 2 is controlled to drive the motor 1. A/D conversion 4 of an output current of the inverter 2 is made to input to the micro-computer 10. According to a state of a selective switch 12, a selective switch input section 13 selects deviations in a position, deviations in a speed and other state amount of the motor, and D/A conversion 11 of a digital value outputted from the micro-computer 10 is made to output. According to the constitution, evaluation and adjustment are easily made while observing a waveform. It is favorable for an NC device and a robot. |
