<p>PURPOSE:To maintain a state of separate action of a sheet piece by piece in a stable manner by installing a sheet separate member to be orthogonal with the conveying direction and rockably in centering on an axis in parallel with the surface direction. CONSTITUTION:When biting force of each tip of plural sheets against each wedge space M of a paper feed roller 1 and a friction member 3 is strong enough, downward force is added to a separate unit 4, but this force will not work as force depressing a paper feed guide plate 5 against a spring, and it works as force for turning and rocking the separate unit 4 instead. When the separate unit 4 is turned and rocked, a contact point between the paper feed roller 1 and the friction member 3 is moved to an R position from a Q position, and thereby a contact state between the paper feed roller 1 and the friction member 3 is persistently kept up so that any clearance part DELTA is not produced in both elements 1, 3. Consequently, any double-feed trouble in the sheet is thus prevented from occurring.</p> |
